Our Mission in the Culinary Arts Program

  1. Develop excellence in vocational education in Culinary Arts focused on competence, professionalism, and Indonesian personality to compete internationally.
  2. Foster internationally reputed research in Culinary Arts based on local knowledge, culture, and environment.
  3. Enhance community service and support in Culinary Arts through innovative, appropriate technology, local wisdom, and environmental sustainability.

Objectives

The Culinary Arts Program at Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar aims to produce competent and professional graduates in the Culinary Arts field. Specifically, the objectives are:

  1. Prepare graduates with competence, professionalism, integrity, entrepreneurial insight, creativity, and innovation in Culinary Arts, guided by national education goals, scientific principles, morals, and ethics.
  2. Generate knowledge and develop tourism products through applied research in Culinary Arts.
  3. Provide community service and support through educational, technical, and professional activities.
  4. Strengthen the institution by implementing a quality assurance system.
