Objectives
The Culinary Arts Program at Politeknik Pariwisata Makassar aims to produce competent and professional graduates in the Culinary Arts field. Specifically, the objectives are:
- Prepare graduates with competence, professionalism, integrity, entrepreneurial insight, creativity, and innovation in Culinary Arts, guided by national education goals, scientific principles, morals, and ethics.
- Generate knowledge and develop tourism products through applied research in Culinary Arts.
- Provide community service and support through educational, technical, and professional activities.
- Strengthen the institution by implementing a quality assurance system.
