Makassar, January 21-23, 2025 — The Culinary Arts Program (Prodi Seni Kuliner) of Politeknik Pariwisata (Poltekpar) Makassar, one of the eight prestigious programs offered by Poltekpar Makassar, made a remarkable contribution to the 16th Sulsel Education and Techno Expo 2025. Organized by LLDIKTI Region IX, the event was held at Claro Hotel Makassar and featured participation from dozens of universities across Indonesia, including institutions from Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Malang, Bali, and Makassar, as well as other regions in Sulawesi.

This highly anticipated exhibition attracted thousands of high school and vocational school students from various parts of South Sulawesi. The event served as a unique platform for students to explore in-depth information about study programs, scholarships, and the latest technological educational advancements.

They presented a range of delicately crafted pastry products and captivated visitors with a Live Fruit Carving Demonstration, showcasing their expertise in transforming fruits into intricate works of art. The live demonstration drew enthusiastic crowds and highlighted the practical skills and artistic talents nurtured in the program.
